Terms of seRVICE

These Terms & Conditions apply to all in-person makeup services provided by Jannifer Pimentel (ABN 71 550 747 229).

By paying a deposit to secure your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Jannifer Pimentel reserves the right to cancel any booking at her discretion and for any reason. In the highly unlikely event this occurs, a full refund of all monies paid will be issued, and every effort will be made to assist in sourcing a suitable replacement artist.

ALL BOOKINGS

Allergies & Sensitivities

Clients must advise Jannifer of any allergies, sensitivities, or non-contagious skin conditions at the time of booking. While every care is taken, Jannifer cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions that may occur, whether known or unknown, before, during, or after services.

Hygiene & Health

Clients must inform Jannifer of any contagious illnesses or conditions (including but not limited to cold sores, eye infections, styes, colds/flus, or contagious skin conditions).
If such conditions are present, services may be refused or the booking may be cancelled. If undisclosed, service may be refused upon arrival, and the full balance of the appointment will remain payable.

Photographs & Videos

With your consent, photographs or short videos may be taken at the end of your appointment for promotional use across Jannifer’s social and marketing platforms. Images shared publicly may also be reshared by other accounts or publications. If you prefer not to have your photo taken, please advise at your appointment.

General Conditions

  • Prices are subject to change without notice. Quotes are valid for 14 days and will be honoured for confirmed bookings only.

  • Clients are responsible for protecting their clothing and accessories during makeup application. Jannifer is not liable for any accidental marks or product transfer.

  • Jannifer Pimentel accepts no responsibility for any injuries, allergic reactions, or complications that may arise during or after services, regardless of whether prior conditions were disclosed.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the environment where makeup is applied provides adequate space, natural light, and access to power.

BRIDAL MAKEUP

Securing Your Date

A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all wedding dates. Your booking is not confirmed until this payment is received. If the deposit is not made by the due date, your wedding date will be released and made available to other clients.

Payments

Once you are ready to proceed, an invoice will be sent via email detailing your deposit, total balance, and due dates.

  • The remaining balance is due 7 days days to your wedding date.

  • Payment methods: bank transfer, cash, or card (via the secure invoice link).

  • A reminder will be sent two weeks before your wedding.

Cancellations

All bridal deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
If cancellation occurs within 7 days of the wedding, the full invoice amount is payable.

Booking Changes

Changes made after your booking is secured may incur additional fees. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Change of location

  • Change of start time

  • Addition of services

If your bridal party size decreases after securing your booking, the original quoted amount will still apply. Services may be added, but not removed.

Travel & Parking (if applicable)

Travel fees apply for on-location services and are calculated based on distance from Jannifer’s home. Any parking or toll fees incurred must be covered by the client. Travel details and costs will be outlined in your booking confirmation.

EVENT MAKEUP & BRIDAL TRIALS

Deposits

  • Event makeup bookings require a $60 non-refundable deposit.

  • Bridal trials require a $40 non-refundable deposit.
    Deposits are deducted from the total booking price. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received by the due date.

Payments

Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, cash, or card (via secure link if requested). Full payment is due on or before the appointment day.

Cancellations

Deposits are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
In the event of unforeseen situations (such as illness, accident, natural disaster, or government restrictions), deposits may be credited toward a future booking at Jannifer’s discretion.

TIMING & PUNCTUALITY

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to avoid impacting other bookings, with the full appointment fee still payable.
For bridal parties, a detailed schedule will be provided before the wedding to ensure the morning runs smoothly.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

While every effort is made to provide a safe and professional experience, Jannifer Pimentel is not liable for any direct or indirect injury, loss, or damage that may occur as a result of the services provided. Clients are responsible for their personal well-being and should arrange appropriate insurance coverage if required.

By paying your deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
