Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all in-person makeup services provided by Jannifer Pimentel (ABN 71 550 747 229). By securing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Jannifer Pimentel reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking at her discretion. In the unlikely event of a cancellation initiated by Jannifer, all monies paid will be fully refunded and every effort will be made to assist in sourcing a suitable replacement artist.


ALL BOOKINGS


GST (Goods and Services Tax)

As of 13 April 2026, all services and bookings are subject to a 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST) in accordance with Australian legislation. This will be clearly itemised within your invoice. By confirming your booking, you agree to the total amount as outlined, inclusive of GST.


ALLERGIES & SENSITIVITIES

Clients are required to disclose any allergies, sensitivities or non-contagious skin conditions at the time of booking. While the highest standard of care and hygiene is upheld, Jannifer Pimentel cannot be held liable for any allergic reactions that may occur before, during or after the service.

HYGIENE & HEALTH

Clients must inform Jannifer of any contagious conditions (including, but not limited to, cold sores, eye infections, styes, colds/flus or contagious skin conditions) prior to their appointment.

Where such conditions are present, services may be declined or the booking cancelled. If not disclosed in advance, services may be refused upon arrival and the full appointment fee will remain payable.

PHOTOGRAPHY & CONTENT

With your consent, photographs and/or short video content may be captured following your service for portfolio and promotional purposes across Jannifer’s digital platforms. Once shared publicly, content may be reshared by third parties or publications. Should you prefer not to be featured, please advise at your appointment.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Pricing is subject to change without notice. Quotes are valid for 14 days and honoured upon confirmed bookings only. Clients are responsible for safeguarding clothing and personal items during application. Jannifer is not liable for any incidental product transfer.

Jannifer Pimentel assumes no responsibility for any injury, reaction or complication arising from services provided.


It is the client’s responsibility to ensure a suitable working environment, including adequate space, natural lighting and access to power where required.


BRIDAL MAKEUP

SECURING YOUR DATE

A $200 non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve your wedding date. Your booking is not confirmed until this payment has been received. Dates will not be held without payment and may be released to other clients.

PAYMENTS

Once your booking is confirmed, an invoice will be issued outlining your booking fee, remaining balance and payment schedule.

  • The remaining balance is due at the start of the month of your wedding date

  • Payments may be made via bank transfer, cash or card (via secure invoice link)

  • A courtesy reminder will be issued two weeks prior to your wedding

CANCELLATIONS

All bridal booking fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the wedding date will incur the full booking amount.

BOOKING AMENDMENTS

Any amendments made after securing your booking may incur additional fees. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Changes to location

  • Adjustments to start time

  • Additional services

If your bridal party size is reduced after confirmation, the original quoted amount will remain payable. Services may be added, however not removed.

TRAVEL & PARKING

Travel fees apply for all on-location services and are calculated based on distance from Jannifer’s base. Any parking, tolls or associated travel costs are the responsibility of the client and will be outlined prior to confirmation.


EVENT MAKEUP & BRIDAL TRIALS


BOOKING FEES

  • Event makeup bookings require a $70 non-refundable booking fee

  • Bridal trials require a $100 non-refundable booking fee

Booking fees are deducted from the total service cost. Appointments are not secured until payment has been received.

PAYMENTS

Full payment is required on or prior to your appointment. Accepted methods include bank transfer, cash or card (via secure link upon request).

CANCELLATIONS

All booking fees are strictly non-refundable.

In the case of unforeseen circumstances (including illness, emergency or government restrictions), booking fees may be transferred to a future appointment at Jannifer’s discretion.

TIMING & PUNCTUALITY

Punctuality is essential to ensure a seamless experience. Late arrivals may result in a reduced service time, while the full appointment fee remains applicable. For bridal bookings, a detailed run sheet will be provided in advance to ensure the morning flows effortlessly.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

While every effort is made to deliver services to the highest professional standard, Jannifer Pimentel is not liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage or injury incurred in connection with services provided. Clients are responsible for their own personal well-being and insurance where applicable.

AGREEMENT

By securing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
